Neil DeCarlo
Neil DeCarlo is a veteran author of eight books and more than 200 articles on business excellence and related topics. He is the co-author of Insourcing Innovation: How to Achieve Competitive Excellence Using TRIZ, Six Sigma for Dummies, and The Complete Idiot's Guide to Lean Six Sigma. During his career, Neil has written for General Electric, Florida Power & Light and many others. He has also edited books by Japanese quality experts Dr. Noriaki Kano and Ryuji Fukuda, and has written several books and articles with Six Sigma's co-founder, Dr. Mikel Harry. |
