David Silverstein
David Silverstein is the founder and CEO of BMGI, a global education, consulting, and technology firm. He is a highly regarded public speaker and executive coach for Innovation, Six Sigma, and Total Performance Excellence. David writes a monthly column on Innovation for Inc.com. He has authored countless articles on business performance excellence topics, and is the co-author of Insourcing Innovation: How to Achieve Competitive Excellence Using TRIZ. During his career, David has consulted with DuPont, Electric Boat, Mount Carmel Health System, Northrop Grumman, Siemens, Standard Register, Toshiba, and many other companies.


Dr. Phil Samuel
Dr. Philip Samuel is Chief Innovation Officer for BMGI. In addition to being a dynamic speaker, Phil has published numerous articles and is the co-author of Design for Lean Six Sigma: A Holistic Approach to Design and Innovation and The Complete Idiot's Guide to Lean Six Sigma. With more than 20 years of technical and management experience in a variety of industries, Phil brings a passion to his work helping businesses insource creativity and increase organic growth potential. He has led countless performance improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma, Design for Lean Six Sigma, and Innovation.


Neil DeCarlo
Neil DeCarlo is a veteran author of eight books and more than 200 articles on business excellence and related topics. He is the co-author of Insourcing Innovation: How to Achieve Competitive Excellence Using TRIZ, Six Sigma for Dummies, and The Complete Idiot's Guide to Lean Six Sigma. During his career, Neil has written for General Electric, Florida Power & Light and many others. He has also edited books by Japanese quality experts Dr. Noriaki Kano and Ryuji Fukuda, and has written several books and articles with Six Sigma's co-founder, Dr. Mikel Harry.
